Born in London to a Portuguese family, I grew up between the south of England and Cascais, Portugal, in a bilingual and culturally rich environment with a deep love for travel. Originally, I came to Tenerife intending to explore the Canary Islands, Madeira, and the Azores before settling back in Portugal. However, after many years of living in Tenerife, I now split my time between the Canary Islands and mainland Europe, working semi-remotely. I am a Tourist Guide, Outdoor Activities Guide, Translator/Interpreter, and a Teacher of Languages and AcroYoga. Based in Tenerife, I offer my services across the Canary Islands and throughout Europe. AcroYoga and rock climbing have been an integral part of my life for over 15 years. These practices shape how I connect with the world, drawing on body-kinesthetic, naturalist, and visual intelligences. As both a guide and teacher, I thrive on facilitating meaningful connections—helping people rediscover themselves, build confidence, and overcome fears through movement, adventure, and shared experiences.
